Request for Proposals!
We’ve officially opened the Call for Proposals for our 2026 Fall Conference!
Held In Mind: The Power of Being Seen
October 1–2, 2026
Inn at Grand Glaize | Osage Beach, Missouri
As we’ve been thinking about this year’s conference, we keep coming back to how important it is that the work we do, across maternal mental health, infant and early childhood mental health, and the many systems that support families, feels connected. This conference is an opportunity to bring those pieces together.
We’re currently looking for proposals for Day 2 breakout sessions (October 2nd).
Day 2 will focus on how our work shows up across systems and how we support mothers, babies, young children, and each other through relationship-based, reflective, and equitable practice.
What We’re Hoping to See
We’d love to hear from you if your work touches on:
Maternal and perinatal mental health
Infant and early childhood mental health
Supporting the workforce (burnout, reflective supervision, leadership)
Cross-system collaboration
Equity and access for families
We’re especially interested in sessions that invite participation - spaces where people can reflect, talk with one another, and think about how this connects back to their own work.
A Quick Note About Day 1
Day 1 will be focused on reflective supervision and reflective leadership and will be planned in partnership with our Endorsement Committee. Because of that, proposals are only being accepted for Day 2.

This conference is really about creating space for people to feel seen in the work they do, and your voice is an important part of that.
Please reach out if you have any questions. I’m looking forward to seeing what comes in.
Warmly,
The MOAIMH-EC Staff
