Four Networks. One Mission.
Our four Networks bring board members, members, and partners together to strengthen Missouri’s infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH) system and advance the priorities in the Missouri IECMH Roadmap.
Each Network offers a way to share your experience, build connections, and help move our work forward. Whether you are interested in learning, Endorsement®, community connection, or systems leadership, there is a place for your perspective.
Learning Network
Strengthening Missouri’s IECMH workforce through learning.
The Learning Network expands access to professional development and reflective practice opportunities that help Missouri’s workforce build skills, confidence, and reflective capacity.
Our work includes:
Expanding access to high-quality training and reflective practice opportunities.
Coordinating workforce learning needs and resources.
Aligning learning opportunities with Roadmap priorities.
Our goal: A skilled, supported workforce with access to learning that builds confidence and impact.
Recognition Network
Recognizing excellence and protecting Endorsement fidelity.
The Recognition Network safeguards the integrity and value of Endorsement® while celebrating the professionals who bring IECMH knowledge and skills to their work across Missouri.
Our work includes:

Celebrating and elevating Endorsed professionals.
Sharing stories that highlight the power of IECMH.

Connection Network
Building relationships that strengthen our IECMH community.
The Connection Network brings people together across sectors, regions, and roles to share resources, strengthen collaboration, and create a sense of belonging.

Creating a sense of belonging and community.
Our goal: A connected, inclusive community where collaboration leads to greater impact.
Leading Network
Convening partners and advancing systems change.
The Leading Network brings partners together to advance Roadmap priorities, strengthen systems alignment, and build the organizational capacity needed for lasting impact.
Our work includes:
Leading initiatives that advance the Roadmap and influence policy.
Strengthening partnerships and systems alignment.
Building organizational capacity for sustainable impact.
Our goal: A strong, aligned IECMH system that drives lasting change in Missouri.
How Our Networks Work Together
Each Network is co-led by a Board Champion and a Member Champion, with support from staff. Action Teams within each Network turn ideas into action.
Networks meet regularly around shared priorities. Progress is shared with the Board and members to support transparency and accountability.
Together, our Networks are guided by five Roadmap priorities:
